It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

You'd think it would have made some progress by now. Or if it's been developed as far as it's going to to be, then someone would have changed the milestone number to v1.0

Currently that is the latest version. It does its job well and I like it, but it could stand to have a few improvements (some kind of message when it fails to log on, type-insensitive email address - little things like that).

When you right-click on the System Tray icon and click Check For Updates, do you also come to a blank page (except for the GOG.com navigation bar and copyright info)?

Free Download Manager seems to work a lot better for me than the GOG Downloader. I don't know why. I think it has something to do with my satellite internet connection and long ping times causing multiple timeouts across the board. I hope that the new "Gen4" upgrades my ISP is implementing this quarter will fix some of that.
It takes me here, which is pretty much empty. I believe that page is meant to display any version newer than 0.9.0.1376, which currently doesn't exist - really, a "Your downloader is up to date" message would have been nice... Oh well.

FDM is my favourite downloader too. It takes a bit of work to resume GOG downloads with it though, but it can be done if you know the trick.
