For those of you who don't know about this really ambitious mod, take a look at it. Having been part of the Jedi Academy modding community for quite a period of time (worked with some good guys on Open Jedi Project, which had inspired a string of mods), I never thought the mod would make it this far when the original members first announced it (since then I think a few have given up in favour of other pursuits).

It basically adds on to Jedi Academy's assets and code, and creates a somewhat massive multiplayer setting out of Jedi Academy. Things added so far, just to name a few, include dialogs, a login system, new weapons, changeable instances and a stats system. Ambitious isn't even apt to describe the scope of the mod. There have been regular updates, and each major feature shown has been nothing short of impressive, or at least an eye opener. Check out their ModDB page here:
