I first saw Jets'n'Guns when I was searching for the Giana Sisters sountrack from Machinae Supremacy and came across Jets'N'Guns on their website. Eventually I forgot about it until I saw it popping on Steam yesterday.

At some points, I have actually encountered a cage with a rankor-like creature that if you shoot open, it runs out and starts killing all the people. You can also immolate people with bombs and ... I'm fairly sure I've murdered a couple of cows too. ... ... ... Oh, right, and loads of spaceships.

I mean, yeah, it is all about shooting down spaceships, but I have not seen many shmups which would contain people as separate entities, behaving differently from the common ships/planes/whatever. They just explode in this beautiful fountain of gore and blood.

I most certainly am not a bad person. Ehm.

Anyway, thank you for the giveaway, but I'm not in. You did however pique my curiosity about the game, and Gamersgate sells a DRM-Free version for a mere 3 bucks, so off I go.

Over 40 levels? Man you guys see those shmup on steam that only have 5-6 stages? This game kicks them in their teeth then kicks them when they are down! Take that lazy map makers.

This is definately in my top 3 most excited for games. (Matador <greenlight> is the one I'm most excited for)

Jets'n'Guns really is a fantastic game, with, as you say, the best damn soundtrack ever. Machinae Supremacy kick ass!
