1)Based on what I've read in reviews, Tropico 3 is not much more than a 3D version of 1.
2)It's two games+an expansion for a rather low price.
And no, I haven't become a GOG salesman, I say this fully of my own will :-).

You still get 30% on idividual games which is a good deal anyway.
I've got both Tropico Reloaded AND Tropico 3. A lot of the game play is quite similar in 3, but they've added a few new features (speeches to the people, a few more diplomatic options, etc.). And despite the fact I'm not a graphics whore by any stretch, I have to admit that I really like the shinier look in 3. :)
Not sure if you use Gamersgate or not, but they have Tropico 3 marked down to $14.97 (at least here in North America) right now. You can also download a demo from the game page there.

I'm going for Commando games and Tropico. I already own the first version of Tropico, but don't have the expansion or the sequal... gotta love GOG and their weekend sales!

Oh btw guys because gog doesn't apply discounts from promos when gifting games i am gonna have to give a guy i know my gog account password in order to buy games from the promo. I guess i trust the guy however there's always the chance that he might screw me so i am leaving a record here, if he steal my account i'll let you guys know by changing my steam name (http://steamcommunity.com/id/Gexecuter) into "omg gog.com account stolen" or something like that. Also requiring email confirmation when changing your gog account email could be handy to have, just saying!

Couldn't you just contact support? It might be more reliable and productive to do that than to hope someone sees your digital smoke signals through the series of tubes.

Actually i sent gog support an email in november of last year about this very issue, they said that it was being added to the list so hopefully one day they might help me but since things haven't changed i am gonna have to do what i am doing.

Half the time with these type of promos I just hit 'buy' and grab them all. This lead me to having too many games I don't have the time to complete and/or even play.
Doing my best to resist, but I may have to satisfy myself with just one or two of them.

Well, actually I meant you should contact them in the event of your account being hijacked.
But surely a better idea would be for him to create his own account and you buy the games through it? That way not only are your games safe, but his games are in his own account. Unless I'm missing something here, that seems like a better idea to me.

I am not sure i follow you, i guess i'll explain how i buy games: I pay him the money , then he gifts me the games, it's pretty straightforward.

Anyway i think the chances of he screwing me are pretty low since he has helped me buy a lot of games beginning last year.

Err... why can't you buy your games on your account yourself? I'm from Panama, Central America (hola, vecino hispano parlante!), and I can buy through GOG pretty easily. GOG doesn't have any area or pricing restrictions, unless what you're having is a credit card problem your friend doesn't have.

If you have any Gamersgate questions, go right ahead and ask. I've got probably 35 or so games through them. :)
