Mentioned bugs can be avoided if you know how they work so they are rather not game breaking and if you are worried only about them you can buy the game right now.

Short term solutions for above mentioned bugs:
a) overlapping numbers during combat - open \data\game.ini and edit "setf ~showflyingdead 2" to "setf ~showflyingdead 0".
b) garrison / reserve - rather avoid clicking on army in garrison if you have five armies already.

I've just got another answer from support about anticipated time of waiting. I do not know how deep I can go into answer's details but, unfortunately, I have bad news: patch will not be soon, if at all. :/

Does it mean, that the people who provided GoG with nodrm build did a worse job than the scene?

It's not all that surprising. The "scene" consists of competing groups. They're really good at what they do.

It is over the month since my last post here. Situation does not change too much but I am in contact with GOG trying to get more info.

This is not going to stop me asking all around as KB:TL is probably on top of my favorite purchases from GOG and I would like to have fully functional game - even if bugs I've discovered are not game breaking I do not know if there are maybe some others which could break more my enjoyment from game.

If you have maximized troop (example: 50/50 units) and have the same type of troop (example: 10 units) in garrison what happens when you click on this unit in garrison? It adds to your army making it 60/50 or says "no space"?

In KB from GOG it is 1st option, 60/50. Can someone other with KB not from GOG test this situation?

But you are trying to buy new units or add units from garrison to your army? I do not have any confirm button when I am trying to add only when I am buying.

Detailed description of my actions:
Loaded game I had abandoned for some reason long time ago. Hero is standing right in front of castle. In garrison of castle there is 24 peasants, 25, gryfs and 22 archmages. In my army there is bunch of Dwarves and 47 Horsemen. I switch horsemen with peasants and disband peasants, then I hired another 47 Horsemen and when I click on horsemen stationed in garrison I get new window where I can transfer any amount of horsemen to my army only the confirm button is greyed out because of "Not enough Leadership to hire troops" message.
Also my reserves were full. I tried with reserves empty too but it makes no difference.
I would prove it with screenshot but for some reason when I press Printscreen in-game it only captures my desktop.

Ah, so it seems like we've discovered another bug. :/

As I said before, I am getting X/Y troop where X>Y and in place of morale emote I have red crown. I do not have any "move accept" window - troop from garrison is added to troop in my army just after my click on it.

... sigh

Another thing to check - can someone do the same as described above in King's Bounty: Armored Princess? Is there some "accept" window when moving troop form garrison to army?

Also, as I've found here in first post (yes, it is Russian forum - it is also official forum of developer) that latest retail patch is number 1.7 (build 35234) - the same as on Steam, GamersGate... So why GOG's version has build 35396 ???
