So I noticed that recently a published called "KISS ltd" has released a few older games on Steam that are also on GOG, Incoming Forces, Hostile Waters: Antaeus Rising, a newer game Lucius, and also Guilty Gear Isuka (which has since been removed on GOG), they also recently released an old-ish game called Nosferatu: The Wrath of Malachi.

Anyway, the interesting thing is that Incoming Forces, Hostile Waters: Antaeus Rising and Lucius are NOT published by GOG by this publisher. So I guess this maybe means these games are going to get removed from GOG soon like Guilty Gear Isuka if their isn't an agreement between KISS ltd (who apparently seem to own these games now) and GOG.

Thoughts?
Great, more games disappearing in the future :)
Looks like it could be time to pick up Incoming soon.
Gene Simmons tongue is not in this digital orifice?

(beat you tinyE ;))
If I can't decrease my backlog myself, maybe it's up to GOG to stop me buying more games...

Not necessarily a sign for removal of games.
KISS Ltd has the "Kisses Agency business" division; what they basically do through this division is to strike a deal with other publishers to represent their titles in their place.
If KISS Ltd acts in this capacity for Blue Moon Red Owl, when the agreements of the latter with GOG expire, there's a good chance the games will remain here under KISS Ltd - they already have Lucius, Keane and American McGee’s Grimm (this one exclusively) on GOG.

I'm not familiar with the specifics of the removals of the Guilty Gear games and if it's an issue of publishing rights.

Seems gog.com and kiss have some form of partnership, so, no, wouldn't worry about that
Here's this, for what it may be worth:

Hostile waters was removed, then came back not so long ago.

As long as KISS: Psycho Circus - The Nightmare Child becomes available for purchase, where it totally belongs.

You can pick nine other games, then add KPCTNC and you have the Top 10 FPS of all times. Could go even for Top 5.

HypersomniacLive: American McGee’s Grimm
I feel I have to thank you for unwittingly reminding me that this game is on GOG. I'm pretty certain I read the release announcement, but have no idea why I didn't buy it then. That error is fixed now.

Glad that I unknowingly helped you rectify an error ;-)

I wouldn't be worrying too much. For one, the recently released Nosferatu: Wrath of Malachi isn't published by Kiss on GamersGate, but by Funbox Media. Also Gun Metal, Hostile Waters: Antaeus Rising and Incoming Forces were also recently released on ShinyLoot by Funbox Media again. Incoming Forces is also published by Funbox Media on GamersGate, so no worries there.

Gene claims he and Paul invented everything else, why not gaming?
