Can you solo the Star Wars game Knights of the Old Republic 2? I played through 1 a number of times but the party members didnt help out as much in game as my character did. I was just going to use a tank and go through the game that way. Its an easy enough game with a party, it cant be that hard can it?
Much of the point (and the fun) of the game would be lost if you did it without any others.
I'm playing it currently, first time, easy mode. I don't think you can solo this game, using the default build at least. The healing force skills are draining way too fast to endure long fights. Though here's the trick, you can survive a long time using medicine packs from the inventory while in the pause menu, one per turn.

A light story spoiler below, read or pass.

Also, there are parts with weird difficulty jumps, like the mercs outside the Crystal Cavern of Dantooine, just before they start the Koohnda battle, a bunch of 6 wiping you clear and clean within a few seconds..I had to send my two friendly units as bait while throwing all the bombs I had in store to win this one, maybe a bugged battle?

End of spoiler

So if you ask me, not possible unless being very patient using med during pauses, avoiding tough battles.

Actually you can.....kind of. There are a few missions that are designed for specific side characters (one additional if you get the restored content stuff). While you will only need to abandon your main character on those few occasions it's going to be hard to accomplish the side character stuff if you didn't spend any time upgrading your other party members.
Well it shouldnt be that hard then. I soloed Baldurs Gate 1 and 2 with a solo thief and I had to rely on a lot of finesse pausing and healing in between sarevok fight. On second thought why the hell do I even ask advice for this, real time party is easy. Dont mind me, Im so used to having problems with turnbased games I forget sometimes I am good at realtime. Thank you all.

Well, the KotOR games are turn-based, kind of. Turns are just executed one after another with no pausing of the action inbetween. It does give the illusion of being real-time, but that's all it is, an illusion.

Hows Bloodlines?
I tried getting into Bloodlines but I am not into First person rpgs. I cant get into it. The game was also way too much talking, no combat, and you only got exp from quests. Its not a very good game in my opinion. First person was never one of my rpg favs. I always liked isometric and top down view which is much better. First person is for shooters mostly.

you can play bloodlines as third person without any problems.

Bloodlines is one of the best rpgs out there. it does have its weaker moments like one part half way in were it is all about combat without really a purpose. What he is saying about talking is actually why its so beloved by so many. Amazing characters with highly crafted dialogs in a world which was build over period of 10 years as tabletop game....

goddamnit. i want to play the game again
