I've discovered this one a while back, but only got around to buying it a few weeks ago (got it from PayPlay, by the way; for $7.77, I say it's a steal), and thought maybe some other GOGers will find it enjoyable, too.
It's a story set in the England of Cromwell's civil war, telling us the story of it from a perspective outside of the battlefields. To anyone who likes nice, classical-sounding, melodic music, I can really recommend it. It has a great variety of well-composed tunes, performed remarkably well, and also, the singers sound to be really talented and skilled.
Like I've said, if you're interested, you can get it from PayPlay, where you can also listen to up to 1-minute samples from the songs (mixed from the first twenty seconds of the first, second and third minutes).
Also, if anyone else has heard of it, or even has it, I'd like to know what you think about it.

That's an interesting concept. Even though I would have preferred something more medieval-ish, at least musically speaking.
That concept kind of reminds me of Za Frumi which musics are inspired by orcish language (you have to read the story on the booklet though, unless you speak orc heh). I'm a big fan of Za Frumi since their debut but their CDs are quite expensive.
I just realized that there are 2 free download compilations here. Dark & Gothic, Ambient & Industrial and that kind of stuff. Not sure if there are many fans here.
