Psyringe: You're correct, but they have been doing this for a while now (chaining bundles immediately).
It's a general trend on all bundle sites to have at least one bundle active at all times. Actually, Indie Royale could be said to be a bit behind the times since they still only offer one bundle at any given time, while many other sites are offering several.
Whether that's a good thing, is a different matter though. ;)
