And Egosoft were already awesome enough to let LGP port it to Linux so I'll be buying a Superbox myself (despite owning a Windows and Linux version of X3 already :P)
I have the X-Gold X3 combo but i still got the superbox for the prior titles and all the goodies!

I don't really know. I haven't done extensive research, I just came upon this game recently on youtube and remembered it when I saw your thread. Its brand new and the quality looks superb in any case.

It looks beautiful but from what I have found out it seems to be PvP focused and that is not my thing unfortunatly, but I will keep an eye on this, Im only just getting into multiplayer so I may get over my PvP stigma.

Because there is pvp in the game doesn't mean that there can't be pve zones/missions, mining, trading meta game etc. I would tell you if I had done any research and knew the answer. At 3:14 in the last video it says "epic story missions" whatever that involves.

EvE was alot fo fun till a ganker literally cost me 2 months of time investment... so no thanks to pvp in any form... unless there are pure pve servers...
