Just to be clear, does it come with all the DLC or I have to buy it separately?

ZERO DLC, base game only and Cerberus Network DLC for ME2.

Actually this has been a big gripe of the fans for a long time. EA are a bit crazy with their DLCs. Dragon Age (for example) has a GOTY version (with all DLC included) while none of the Mass Effect game have one.
