Seen it before but it's a classic that I've forgotten so it was fun to watch it again.
Having worked at a callcenter with customer support I can say that this is not a exaggeration. When I quit that job I left with a disdain for people in general and a deep understanding of why countries are so fucked up. Simply put, democracy puts too much power in the hands of stupid people.
Beware of idiots in large numbers and never underestimate the power of stupidity. :P
