I'll try to do this like a mini-ninja thread, but just for me :D

How this thread works:
Steam Keys/Gifts will use www.steamgifts.com and require you be part of GOG gift club.
Desura Keys, I will ask for a reply (so no silent ninja's here), and then pm the winner.

Requirements:
Some gog rep, some join date before 2014.
Steam - follow steamgifts rules (winner must redeem/activate game, no selling/re-gifting/re-trading)
Desura - winner must active game (winner will activate the game, let me know, so I can check)
not a req. but courtesy: if you won one of my ga's, please consider letting others win by not joining more of my ga's.

Just a heads-up. The free week seems to be deterring my entry. Not a big deal. If I end up liking it, I'll probably just pay the dollar but others might experience similar issues.

I'm guessing problems with steam being laggy?

When a game is temporarily available to all Steam users for free and SteamGifts does its weekly account sync for a user's account, that user has the game in their account as far as SteamGifts is concerned, and therefore cannot enter giveaways for the game until the game is no longer free to play and SG syncs the account again.
