After a couple of days of installing & reintalling, I've nearly gotten all my chosen mods to work.

I'm down to basically one annoying error & four minor ones I'm not concerned about.
I installed the "BetterClothes_Patch.esp" which got rid of the previous warnings about shoes.
But replaced it with new warnings:

My Warning.txt:

One of the files that "BetterClothes_Patch.esp" is dependent on has changed since the last save.
This may result in errors. Saving again will clear this message
but not necessarily fix any errors.
One or more plugins could not find the correct versions of the master files they depend on. Errors may occur during load or game play. Check the "Warnings.txt" file for more information.
Texture "Data Files\Textures\WAR_FEMME_NOGLOW.dds" count 3.
Texture "Textures\Tx_BC_moss.tga" count 3.
Texture "Textures\_land_default.tga" count 3.
Texture "Textures\menu_thick_border_bottom_right_corner.dds" count 2.

Resaving the game doesn't clear the message.

In Wrye Mash, "BetterClothes_Patch.esp" has a yellow tick, & if I highlite it, Morrowind.esm on the right hand side gets a yellow tick.
I have the GOTY version of the game & as far as I can tell there is only one version of the BetterClothes_Patch.

Can WryeMash or some other utility fix this mismatch?

I started a thread on the Bethesda Softworks Forums yesterday & the last person to reply seemed to know what he was talking about, but today it won't let me reply to the thread I started yesterday.

I sorted it out.
I was updating the Master but not clicking on save (down the bottom) & not on screen at the time.

I can finally start playing the game.
It looks a million bucks.
