My birthday request this year is a simple one: Take 5 minutes out of your day, and spend it relaxing. You are not the down or the up, you are the sum of your experiences up to this point and what you choose to do with that knowledge.

Have a wonderful 5th of May, everyone. I know some people like to do giveaways on their birthdays, but unfortunately I do not have cash to spare this year. Sorry.

Today is my mini schnauzer's birthday too, he turned 1 today so I'll take him on a long walk and throw some sticks and stuff. Have a great day!
