You've got to look at these things in perspective. Close your eyes and imagine your future ten years from now. You don't have a girlfriend NOW and your friends from NOW may not even be your friends then and the girl who rejected you NOW will be a distant memory who helped you build some character and harden your heart. The "F"? You won't even remember any of your scores once you have a diploma and are out there working and making a living.

So chin up. Think of things that make you happy or things that keep your mind busy, but not... not THIS, man. This is Epic Movie we're talking about. Epic. Movie. The road you're taking... that shit is unforgettable and will forever be keeping space in your brain cells that could have very well been used to store porn. Do you really want that to happen? Reminiscing about Highlander 2 instead of good old T&A?

Highlander 2 The Quickening and Epic Movie will only put you to sleep.

They're Oscar material in comparison to Meet The Spartans. And Epic Movie does have some funny parts.

Maybe you should prove her wrong? Unless she already managed to convince you, too, that you are not good enough. In any case, don't force it just because of the immature behavior of your 'friends', and maybe this girl isn't the right one for you and another will come along. But if you really want something, you should be prepared to fight for it and don't give up that easily. You deserve better than Highlander 2! :)

You got nothing - I own a copy of Highlander 2: The Quickening! I haven't seen the original version, mine is the "speshul" version, anniversary two-disc edition. Never saw Highlander 2. I will say that Highlander 3 is one of, maybe, 2 movies my wife and I have ever walked out of so you could see that as dessert. As I understand it from Dante, the third ring of hell is waiting for the person who convinced Mario Van Peeples he could act...

Alas, my personal image of BRAZIL has been destroyed. My perception of the exotic jungles/landscapes,historical sites, cities, bars, beverages and especially Brazilian women must be completely wrong or you wouldn't be watching these movies at all.

Ahhh, then you should open the shutters, windows and doors and look outside at the beautiful country you are living in. Brazil is one of the places I want to see, high on the list actually. Too much National Geographic or something I guess.
