Offering you 30 dollars of GOG games in exchange, or the rest of my (uncensored) ValvE Complete pack, if you prefer that.
(Counter-Strike Source; Day of Defeat: Source; Half-Life 2; Half-Life 2: Episode One; Half-Life 2: Deathmatch; Half-Life 1; Half-Life: Blue Shift; Opposing Force; Team Fortress Classic; Team Fortress 2; Left 4 Dead) [note: HL2 Ep2 and L4D2 not included, had already gifted that]

In addition to being ripped off, we Germans don't have the Commandos games included (which I have on GOG anyway, but it's a question of principle)

GameRager: Paypal me the money and I'll do it.
PayPal doesn't work here (have no account and can't add my credit card if I had one because I probably added and removed it too often) unless you can make a link where I can directly pay you.
Moneybookers would work, though.

GameRager: I don't use moneybookers, sorry. :\

I hope someone else can help you though.
The issue is, you can't pay games with MB, so... yea...

As far as I'm aware GameRanger could just create a simple 'donate' link via PayPal and then receive a 'gift' by Protoss through his credit card. Then GameRanger could, out of sheer generosity, gift Protoss a game on Steam.

Just mentioning ;)

Would be great, could pay on afternoon then (i.e. in like six hours). So that leaves enough time for him to gift. ;-)

GameRager: How do I do this?

P.S. For doing this I want 31 bucks. I gotta make some profit after all, right? Or is that asking too much?
Sure, you can have 31. I mean, we are ripped off here to a point where the package would cost 43 dollars (30 Euro) and still stay without the Commandos games.

Just send the link via PM then and I send my Steam data afterwards. ;-)

GameRager: How do I do this?
As much as I'd love to provide you a direct link, my dislike of lame *censor* PayPal and my laziness get in the way here. Since I can only access the German PayPal page without using a proxy (got forbids I could actually set my language of choice!) any link I'd send you would be in... German :p

However, if you use the site intern search and try your luck on 'Donate button' you should likely be granted success.

If that doesn't work out, I'll just try to google a direct link myself :p

GameRager: I found it
Great. Just be aware that there's a little fee involved nowadays (used to be rather free as far as I remember) and that you'll need a Premier PayPal account as it seems.
avatar
GameRager: Fuk, I don't have premier. Oh well...sorry OP.
It seems that PayPal changed the 'gift somebody money' way slightly (possibly to fight the loophole a friend of mine was using ;))

Have a look at https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_send-money-transfer&send_method=domestic&nav=0.2.0 , which should (as far as I understand it) enable Protoss to use a credit card to send you money to your PayPal account that you could spend online.

And don't forget. A lot of games on Steam, can only be played in Deutsch if you are located in Germany. For example, Titan Quest. ;)

Not true. The limitations are only if you bought from Germany. If you are gifted from somewhere else, it is fine (using keys from foreign retail copies might get the copies revoked, though - a friend had that issue with Civ V).

I was talking about if you buy the games. It must of been confusing because it didn't really relate to the topic. I just felt like saying it.
That piece of shit (read: PayPal) wants me to either create or use a profile, and says my credit card data is already in use. I have this issue for over a year now. Paypal just is bullshit.

And yes, I don't have this issue when I can pay without creating an account. Like at the Humble Bundles. I finally ditched PayPal when they managed to change their terms of use so some US agencies get my data.

Anyway, you have a PM, GameRager!

EDIT: Didn't work, but neither of us has fault in it.

EDIT: Ok, found someone with Moneybookers. Thread can be closed!

EDIT: Didn't work out! Anyone else?
