It's the physical edition by Atari (2 discs); after installing and configuring the options, I launch the game, and the DRM asks me for the 2 discs at the same time. Fortunately, I have 2 disc drives, so that's no problem. Then I try to run it in full screen, 2 intro logos load, and the game crashes to desk right after .

If I start the game in windowed mode, the logos load in a main window, then an intro movie opens in a secondary window, while the logos one remains black. When the intro ends, the start screen loads in the main window, but I can't set it to full screen. Also, the window's size is pretty small and fixed (it won't change). Playing like this is a bit of a pain.

So it seems the intro movie is the problem here. Maybe somebody could tell how to set the window to full screen or do something to skip the intro movie automatically. I know it's probably a rare problem for a rare game, thanks in advance.

I have it in the Dreamcast collection retail version. I can only run the game windowed (as in full screen it runs too fast).

Also, my control pad doesn't work properly with the game, as the camera keeps veering to the sky).

Apart from that, it runs with no issues. I'm not sure why your pc doesn't run it properly.

All you can do is try to install the latest graphics drivers etc.
I think the problem is that you have two disc drives. Since the DRM sees both, it wants you to put the discs in both drives. :|
Tried un/reinstalling, editing the ini file, disabling one of the disc drives, different graphic drivers, compatibility mode... still cannot play full screen.

I found a thread about this problem in the Sega Forums, but it mentions a ddshow pop-up that I don't get in my window mode.

You should get the sega collection :)

I'd gladly sell it.
