Hello, little question,

When I buy a new pc is it possible to reinstall GOG games and games from i.e. Steam/Origin without buying them again? Thx.

Yes you can reinstall them as many times as you want.

When you go to c:\users\(username)\appdata\roaming or c:\gog games\ you can also find your installed games there in which you can use to transfer the savegames to your new computer so you won't have to start again.
