Not so long ago we released a bunch of classic RPGs set in the Dungeons & Dragons world of Forgotten Realms. Today the spotlight falls upon a younger, but extremely popular setting - Eberron.

[url=http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/dungeons_dragons_dragonshard]Dungeons & Dragons: Dragonshard offers an interesting blend of genres. As the story progresses you will travel on the surface of Eberron and through the underground realm of Khyber. Here's where the genres get divided.
On the surface, Dragonshard is a real-time strategy with base building, amassing armies and everything else you would expect from an RTS game. Among the available unit types there are champions, lumbering Juggernauts, captains and regular soldiers. Only the captains can follow your chosen champion underground.
In Khyber, the realm beneath Eberron's surface, Dragonshard becomes a party-based dungeon crawler with role-playing elements, as befits a game bearing the Dungeons & Dragons name. Although it doesn't use the D&D ruleset, you'll have no doubt that you're playing a solid RPG.
Overall, a superbly designed game in an acclaimed setting, with an interesting story split into two campaigns that will keep you occupied for days. That's the Atari game that made you go to the underworld.
Now this looks interesting.
aLREADY GOT THIS ONE. Nice game!
Unfamiliar with this. Interesting.
Nice, though I heard it isn't very consistent with the Eberron setting. Still, wish listed.
haven't heard about this one but It looks like it might be cool

I never got around to playing this one when it was new, and I didn't have too much interest in it due to playing other games at the time. I'll be sure to pick it up soon though.

Nice easter egg with the GOG writing in the snow.

I remember trying to get this when it first came out and not being able to find it in stock anywhere I tried in the UK, so question is it any good on a scale of ToEE tthrough Icewind,BG etc. where does this fall?
So, you've been writing your name in the snow GOG? Very mature ;)
Dragonshard!? Wishlisted. One of the more fun RTS games I played.
Interesting, but too expensive for me.
I'll get it during a sale sometime.

Don't expect it to be more than 30% off.

Yeah, good one GoG, hahahaha.

Will still wishlist this one though. Would be even cooler if there was a soundtrack for bonus content.

How can a game called "Dungeons & Dragons" not use the D&D ruleset? Not that I mind, I'm just surprised.

Which is probably why it's gonna be a while before we buy it :)

It looks interesting, but not enough in my genre to get at 9.99, nor @30% off probably.
