Hello,

I'd like to receive an eMail for new releases at gog.com. I checked this option at my account data, but the last eMail that I got was about "Serious Sam". That's long ago, what about Baldurs Gate or Planescape Torment? :(

Haven't received an update email in quite a while from GoG :/ - I follow them on Twiter and sometimes get updates quick that way, though often the first I hear about new releases is coming to the site.

Strange. I'm receiving such e-mails from GoG all right. Did you check your spam folder? As far as I remember GMail (which I'm using, but maybe your e-mail provider did the same) listed GoG messages as spam.

As a side note - those update e-mails are being delivered some time after the update itself. As I check GoG site daily, I knew about BG or PT a day or two before I got an e-mail about these...
I'm using GMail, too, but there are no mails from gog.com in my spam-folder. I got an extra label for gog-mails. But the "Serious Sam" release email was the last email I received.

Did you get emails from the Baldurs or Torment Release?

Strange. I've gotten every e-mail notification since Serious Sam.
Well the option "new releases" is checked in my account data. :/

Hm...

It's random really. Sometimes I get e-mails, sometimes not and sometimes I got them just after this particular promo ended ==
I usually delete the new releases e-mail right after I read it, so I'm not certain what I got prior to yesterday, but I definitely got a Planescape one (just deleted it today).

Same with me.
I use Gmail as well, and yes, I haven't really received any GoG mail either, and it isn't listed as spam at all. I guess posting updates on Facebook and Twitter is much more convenient for them then.

I did, but (as I said before) these messages arrived after about 2 days. Did you try to contact the GoG support regarding this matter?

I hope not - not everyone uses Twitter, not to mention Facebook (yes, there are people like this, really). GoG has its own website, so it should be the main way of communicating with users, not some third-party websites.
