An exclusive article in Game Informer magazine (and now spreading across the web) has announced a new X-Com strategy game coming from Fireaxis (of Alpha Centauri fame) at the end of the year!

Personally, this is the best news I have heard for a couple years.The combination of X-Com Enemy Unknown and Fireaxis is too good to be true in my book!
My view is we all need to buy an extra copy as a Xmas gift at the end of the year to make sure this is a hit so we continue to get more than FPS titles from the major publishers!
