i have contacted support, they got back to me. And i found nvn's forum aswell :) i ended up just playing around with the files and manually re entered the new cd keys, so everythings sorted
Wesley18: I have tryed everything, the new cd key does not work!!! I have done everything you said and got someone who is really good with computers to try it and it keeps poping up with an error. It is not allowing me to extract the CD key into mthe nvn diamond pack file. So i want you guys to please Take the nvn download off my account and give me a new download with cd key so i can try again. or a refund. I really like NVN but i cant play longer than 30mins without it saying your cd key is in use :( Please help me out. i have already asked once and i got no reply this is the second time.

i am new to GoG so didnt know that wishbone, but thanks, now i know :) also i did contact GOG support, they got back to me with more stuff that didnt make sense, its all sorted now anyway.

Wishbone: And did you also know that the forum is where you communicate with other users, not with GOG staff? A staff member may read a given forum thread, but then again, they may not. If you have a technical issue, contact GOG support. If it's something you think other users may be able to help you with, post it in the forum for the particular game it has to do with.
