Okay so I finally dusted off my NWN 1 disc and reinstalled it, the critical rebuild, and am in the process of DL'ing the Community Expansion Pack. I also have NWN 2 and its expansions.
Is anyone interested in finding a nice PW and gaming together maybe once a week? Just off the top of my head there are exponentially MUCH MORE PW servers for NWN 1, so that is what I'd recommend.
Let me know, I did a search to see if anyone had suggested this and it yielded nothing.

i have both games I don't have Shadows of Undrentide though if thats a problem.

Fun games, but the PWs always felt so grindy to me.

It's worth a try if you guys want to get something going. If I had the bandwidth I'd host a PW in NWN 2, since there's so few.

It depends.
Some are pure sandboxes for socializing. Basically, an expensive IRC channel with 3d graphics.
Some are VERY heavy into Roleplaying. Fun, but hard to find a good group.
The rest tend to be like small MMORPGs. Fun for a bit, but VERY grind-heavy.

okay sounds like it could be fun, i don't mind serious roleplaying, i'm just unsure about my character-development skills in D&D
