About 50% of the time when istart Nwn it crahses at the splahs screen and syays windows has stopped working. This is a minor inconvenience since its only 50% and oncei get past splash it is fine. I was just wondering will those messages harm my computer or just forget about it

They're just crash reports....you should be ok.

Run as administrator. Right-click - Run as Administrator.

If you are running Vista / Win 7, make sure you right click the game shortcut, click Properties on the resulting dialog, click the Compatibility tab and check mark "Run this program as an administrator". I also recommend checking "Disable visual themes" and "Disable desktop composition" on the same tab.

You will get quicker responses to you game question (usually) if you post them in the NWN game forum
