Okay, one final post about this, and then I'll shut up :)

Should I get New Vegas (I have Fallout 3 GOTY) or Dawn of War 2 Retribution?

Or should I use the 15€ and get a bunch of "smaller" games?

New Vegas will be like... 10 euros in the X-mas sales.
Both good games.
Get DOW2 if you like multiplayer, because it is the main part of the game.
Or get New Vegas if you liked the first Fallout games. Fallout 3 was more a re-skin of Oblivion then a true Fallout game.

How much did you like FO3? New Vegas is, IMO, a much better game, particularly if you are fan of the Fallout series. New Vegas does what FO3 did not, it feels like a fallout game.

Exactly.
Which is not surprising since it was made by Obsidian.

Yeah, I think they used most of what they were going to put into the "Van Buren" Fallout 3 game. Some small details were changed, but the Fallout: New Vegas wiki shows how many similarities exist.

I will also jump on the bandwagon and say that New Vegas is much better than Fallout 3 in terms of plot and feel. However, I did run across a few bugs in my play-throughs. Nothing a console command or two couldn't fix, but it did require me to look up a solution online for a couple of them. One was a broken companion quest, fixed by (re)setting a dialogue value for that companion. Another was that I stopped getting benefits from my traits (Not perks, just the creation traits), but that was fixed by removing them then adding them back via the console.

((I may have caused the trait bug myself by adding a hair mod, then repeatedly using the console command 'ShowRaceMenu' to change hairstyles, then just deleting the mod when nothing looked that great to me. Not sure why this would have caused my character to lose her traits, but the timing seems to line up about right.))

I couldn't stop myself, so I "had" to buy a couple from Steam sale.

KA:The Druids
Wings of Prey + expansion
Oblivion GOTY Deluxe (although I have the original disc version which I never liked that much...)
FNV:Honest Hearts
FNV:Dead Money
Two Worlds II

Few days earlier I bought from GG CIV V for 4.43 euros and from somewhere I don't remember, Fallout NV for 10 euros.
I mention them because they are Steam activated and I bought them on sale recently.
My damage wasn't that bad I think xD

Sims 3 Pack
Lead and Gold
Frozen Synapse
Beat Hazard Ultra
Fallout New Vegas DLCs
AI War Bundle
King's Bounty Armored Princess + Crossworlds
Company of Heroes Complete Pack
X3: Terran Conflict
Warhammer 40k: Retribution
Just Cause 2 DLC's
Shogun 2 Ikko Ikki Clan pack

For one day it was sold for £6.78 which was about 10 euros or less, so, yes. :)
The final purchase for me in the summer sale was New Vegas, thanks guys for the suggestions :)
Only bought Fallout New Vegas: Honest Hearts .
Last 3 games to buy and i'll lost it. This is because the steam will not accept my card.
Thanks Steam! >.<
Only bought Quake 2. Tempted by so many other games but I know they'll be on sale again before I get through my backlog.

Actually completing Starcraft: Brood War for the first time. Is it odd that I played Stracraft like a million times but never the expansion? I even played Starcraft 2 twice before I went to Brood War.

Yeah, my backlog is that bad.
