timppu: Get another ISP. Same if your local electric company blows out, get your electricity from another electric company, or you can even use an aggregate if everything else fails.

I think you might have missed the joke...

SimonG: Yup, only IE is worse than Chrome ;-P

What I like most abou the site is that it is still alive 2012....
I was talking about the chrome that it is used on the website.

Also, I really dislike the rounded corners, those things make me vomit.

This is how the web should be, clean and beautiful. http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/

I wanted to kill the joke, since SimonG uses it frequently too (but he uses "electricity" in his version of the joke, hence I mentioned it too)..

Sorry, I am not in a playful mood today. DRM is not a laughing matter.
Free candy in the van.

Eww no. Google and Kickstarter already look like that. I mean, iPhone's rounded glossy everything is ugly as hell, but if everyone starts copying Google, clean-looking as it is, I'll be sick of it within a month.

Now GOG reminds me of Windows 7 and Vista - it's more shiny than glossy. I like that. I signed up for a couple of games, but when I saw how delicious and collectable they look on me shelf, I started buying everything that was on sale. (I even got MoO3 on one of those sliding discount sales and got paid $2.50 for that.)

As for the electricity, well, where I am, there's only the circuit-burning spikes of Mosenergosbyt. Plus the state scared everyone into privatizing their apartments and then said all that rent paid over 25 fricking years does not count toward repairs at all (despite repairs being clearly spelled in every rent bill since forever, along with water, heating, trash collection, etc). So we're left to face the self-regulating free market and its overheating shitty copper wiring, and the end result is that I can't plug in a clothes iron or an electric teapot. (On the other hand, I have the best ISP in the world. It's called Naive Neighbor's WiFi Router.)

Oh and huuuuge thanks to the oil trade for stealing 15% of my salary. Bastards.

Actually, Google is doing the copying, if you can call it that.
What I like most about GOG?

They treat all the people in the world the same and they refrain from DRM.

The site itself is okay. Sometimes a bit slow, probably due to too much clutter.
