Valve games. It's sad too. I would buy them all if they didn't use steam.
I wonder if we'll ever see Discworld Noir here.
A couple of folks mentioned the Wizardry series and I would concur. I still play Wizardy 8 a ton. For me, that was the pinnacle of party-based RPGs.

A game I would add, simply because I don't know that it was ever even ported to PC would be Ogre Battle: March of the Black Queen. Wonderful game.

rawmilk905: I understand people like particular flavors of things because of nostalgia, but I do think there are some very good (even better perhaps) strategy games on GOG, whether you prefer real time or turn based. I like strategy games, but so many of them feel like they are all the same thing under a different coat of paint. I'm sure that is largely because there simply are so many of them.
Perhaps, but I very like them ;)
Can you give me some examples of turn based strategy games on GOG?
I kind of wish that GOG would be more open about what they are working on getting licenses for. I understand why they can't, but it would be nice to see what may be on the horizon.

Side note: My supervisor, who is not much of a gamer, was telling me about some games that a friend had given to him, but he couldn't remember the titles. He said that he would bring them in and if I was interested, I could have them. So two days ago I was given Age of Empires 2 and 3. Pretty happy right now.
Star Trek games would be difficult - while some of the publishers are here, GOG would also undoubtedly have to get Paramount to sign off. Never is a long time, but I would say it is safe to say the more rights holders, the more exponentially difficult the problem.

Pity, there were some good Star Trek games, some I never got to play.

There was one that Interplay helped develop!

...Of course, that probably helps as much as the fact that Interplay helped develop Atomic Bomberman (he's a Hudson character). :(

Interplay published/developed quite a few Star Trek games - in fact a lot of the devs/publishers of the various ST games are on GOG already. The problem is getting Paramount + whoever else to sign on now and negotiating revenue splits between the publishers and Paramount.

Karocage: Just curious to hear others' thoughts: what are the games you most wish GOG would add but that have a 0% chance of actually happening?
A lot of SNES games. :-)
But who knows, maybe Nintendo changes his stance in the future and makes something like Virtual Console for PC.

Aren't there emulators? Last time I checked they weren't illeagal but that actually seems to vary depending on whom you ask.

Emulators are fully legal. However, the ROMs...

It would be great if GOG.com got this game. I bought this game a long time ago and didn't realize the restrictive DRM it had. It would be nice to be able to buy a DRM free version of it.
at this point, I'm losing hope for No One Lives Forever and I want them on gog more than any other game.

Sorry for the late reply. I am happy to list some: Alpha Centauri, Heroes of Might and Magic Series, Age of Wonders Series, Disciples Series. There are many, go on the bottom part of the front page, click browse all games and then the Strategy tab, sort by either user rating or best selling, click on anything that looks interesting eliminating any RTS. Read a few user reviews and you are sure to find something you like.
