Hey,

I recently bought a secondhand galaxy fit phone. It was going fine for a couple of weeks. Has 2.3.5 and has been rooted.

I was attempting to reboot into recovery (ClockworkMod 3.0.0.4) and it shut down completely and would not restart. I've tried removing the battery and then restarting however the phone will no longer turn on.

I'm not sure if it is a co-incidental hardware flaw or the CWM broke it. Is there a factory reset that does not require access to the OS? Or any other suggestions?

Karl

another suggestion:
Have you plugged that Phone in and recharged the battery? ;)

Hey,

I've tried that hard reset however the phone does not even turn on.

I plugged the phone in (though was at 60% when it died) and still nothing.

I do only have a motorola with a broken touchfield and a boring iphone 3g. Both Phones suck *gg*

I hope someone will be able to help you :)
