Hi, I couldn't find an appropriate thread to post this in, so I'm starting a new one. I recently upgraded my OS to Win7 from Vista, and in the process lost my GoG.com account password. I've gone through the password reset process, but the reset emails never get sent to my address (and yes, I have checked the spam folder). I've tried using the support contact form on the website, but I haven't gotten a response in more than 24 hours. I've got a few weeks holiday and I'd very much like to play The Witcher 2, so any help would be most appreciated.

I'm posting this using a dummy account that I just set up - the email address is valid, but the username for the account I need access to is chromeusagi.

cheers

Support doesn't work over weekends. Maybe you'll receive your answer today.
If not, short of sending another email you may send PM to one of GOG guys to make sure your support ticket wasn't lost somewhere.

If I'd known that support didn't work over the weekends, I probably wouldn't have gotten so frustrated. I retried the password reset , and still no email response. I've sent another support request message through the website, but since it's early tuesday morning I guess I won't hear back for a few hours at least.

Thanks very much for your quick response.
