I don't think it is. From my experience its to close to 3, but with much much higher system requirements and prettier graphics.

Granted, I didn't play it long before I gave it back to my friend, but I own 3 and If I wanted to play 3, then I would/will play 3. Super graphics on a game like that are meaningless to me.

Just my opinion though.
