Hi guys,I have a problem with Paypal: I asked a forum user, here, to buy for me the Daedalic Bundle, because it was cheapest with his value.
I didn't have Paypal but the user have, so he sent me a link to pay.
I pay, by registering on Paypal, and all seems ok.
After some minutes the user said me that the payment was blocked and, in fact,he was.Paypal limited my account for any reasons, requesting me a four digit number that actually I can't see yet (I can see it maybe tomorrow or on 25) and a residence documentations.
I sent my id card copy to Paypal but nothing moves.
So is this a common problem? How much time it required to be solved usually?
Is there a way from vendor part to cancel my payment (that is temporarly blocked but it was processed)?

I do know from my own experience that paypal is rather block & investigate heavy with new customers. While annoying its sadly a dire necessity these days. But I did never had to sent them any further details.

Two questions: Are you totally sure that the links given to you are legit? Aaaand: Why do you register to paypal to pay someone for a game bundle if you can buy it just yourself here with paypal?

Yes,the link was totally legit, of course.
And the bundle was from Steam,it was the Deadalic Bundle,I ask the user to buy it for me because in SUD it was 13 euro cheaptest then on my value, the €.
If all was legit then after sending paypal the detail all you can do is wait & pestering them at least once each day with the question if they are done yet (just be friendly with the pestering). As said, its not unusual for paypal to block & investigate with new accounts. Chances are that the guy you made the deal with also has experienced something like that if he has a paypal account.
Paypal unlocked my account and removed the temporarl block from the transaction :)
