I tried to buy Thief 2 using paypal, but GOG didn't recognize the transaction. Money's gone according to Paypal and my bank account, but the game is still in my shopping cart rather than my account.

I already emailed Support, but they haven't responded yet. I sent them the Paypal transaction ID, a jpeg of the email Paypal sent me, and the whole story. Does anyone know how soon Support usually gets back to emails, and what I could do to expedite the process? Thanks, I just want my game. :-/

There is a problem with GOG today, some games are missing from the catalogue, and it may not work correctly. They will fix it, and you'll have your game, so don't worry.

GOG support probably would love to hear about it. If the money's gone and the game's not there - they'll add it manually.

You have provided them what they need, it will just take support looking at what you have provided, It will likely be monday though im afraid, GoG is (compared to steam and GG) a very small company but rest assured they will sort it with you.
