For those people who use Windows 8. Can you tell me what the difference is between the Control Panel and PC Settings? PC Settings can be accessed when you hover the mouse over the right of the screen. I take it PC Settings have to do with Skydrive, and are saved to Skydrive if you have a Microsoft Account? Thanks for your help!
