If you bought it from amazon you may be able to have it shipped overseas (unsure). There seems to be only 1 person on ebay selling a pc copy and you may be able to talk to them about shipping to your country. Anyways, I'd be careful about buying the game because you may get a bootleg copy anyway.

Define a crap game? It comes down to personal preferences, and I think that 7 sins is better than Ultima 7. Not that they could be compared, since they are a completely different genre.
