I don't know how many of the old regulars are missing yet, but I sure know there are certain members who I'd rather not see coming here/returning until they can keep themselves civilized (those users who not only stayed way too upset about this "stunt" /which, in itself, wouldn't be a serious problem/, but also attack and belittle others who don't agree with them).

Ah cheers guys, looking at the homepage I was under the impression it was where you list your games for others to look at, that makes more sense now. Sounds rather useful in fact.

Oh absolutely. I may not buy another game from GOG (well, never say never) but that's no reason to leave the community.

Actually I've seen a lot more of attacking and belittling of other's opinions from the ones that are defending GOG. It reminds me of the Steam forums.

cogadh: Boycotting GOG at all over this is just stupid, all you will end up doing is denying yourself the chance to legitimately own and play these games again. I honestly find the whole butt-hurt nerd rage over this event completely laughable, much funnier than the actual prank was.
Agreed.
I probably only found it funny because I backed my games up. But still, all the people getting upset are overreacting.

I don't feel wronged whatsoever, since GOG is still here, I'm happy.

Anyone trying to boycott is an idiot. Especially when a title they want gets released and they come crawling right back to download it.

On another note: GOG.com - serious business.
