So I'm looking for a certain game but I cannot remember the name.

-First person puzzle game
-It had character interactions
-Fantasy setting.
-Pre-rendered graphics, like Myst.
-Released in the mid-to-late 90s on PC.
-The name possibly started with a U and was short... Maybe.
-It boasted being technically impressive for the time. (Okay, that isn't helpful.)
-The box was generally bluish with some kind of ruined-city-on-a-cliff ruins.

Never heard of this game Reah. I thought it was Ween: The Prophecy
