So, how long will you last listening to this? I stopped at like 15 minutes mark and my brain was about to explode, for this, I consider myself extremely resilient.

You're a trooper, I didn't get past the ridiculous comments... Although, one of those links on the side caught my eye...
It feels like the whole religion vs. atheism (or in this case evolution) argument is the one non-game-related topic that keeps showing up here. :P *Goes back to reading 7th Guest thread*
I'm so far at 6 minutes... and dear god his stupidity annoys me already...
I think it is best to leave people to their believes. For there is no way to understand. With God or without God it comes both incomprehensible.

And at this point you can simply choose to believe or not to believe.

Paingiver: ...
This is not about believing in god, this is about using scientific conclusions in a pretty ridiculous manner to disprove another scientific theory :D It's not really about belief or anything, I don't really give a rat's ass about what people believe in.

(I was going somewhere with it, realized it's not a discussion I want to turn this into, and stopped :D )

But evolution is just a THEORY it isn't proven!

Here, the real history of the world!

Don't forget

"If Darwin was so smart why did'n he win one of those Noble prizes!" (yes one guy did use this in his arguments)

TBH this guys whole premise seems to be based on the fact evolution has more than 1 meaning and they can't all be right (seriously), he mentions a debate where half his questions were removed the problem is at least 1 which he mentions would have taken more than the time available at the debate to answer... then while insulting evolution and gentics one minute he then USES THEM to defend his viewpoint that all creatures came from the ark >.<
If anyone is going to criticize something, it would be a good idea if they at least have a basic understanding of the topic. And that is really where the speaker fails, he never bothered getting this basic understanding, thus all his arguments are from a position of ignorance. Now if he had done a bit of research and come with good counter arguments, I would have respected him, but he clearly has not.

Oh, and I skipped ahead to random bits, but each and every one seemed to contain an argument from a position of ignorance.

It's more he deliberately skips steps in the logic chain for example he'll claim scientists think life came from a rock (skips primordial soup etc etc) or his "simple single cell life doesn't exist" skipping the fact that any simple single cell life that came first wouldn't be able to survive now and so have evolved into more complex single cells...

But it's a fantastic fuel for an ignorant crowd because, you know, when they're drinking beer with their friends they can say "I've been to a great presentation and now I know for a fact that that guy, Henry Dorwan, was completely wrong!"
Damn. Couldn't you give us the link two weeks ago when I was still playing septerra core and could use some back audio for those long boring fights???

now i really can't stomach even first 10 seconds of that thing but would like too. Maybe if i get back to running i can listen to it then.
I closed the window after I read the title. I am weak. And proud of.
Jesus...

(no pun intended)
over an hour in all I can ask is was he born before the case that meant evolution had to be taught in the US? My 13 yo niece could point out the holes in the arguments (infact she has already) I'm sorry USA you need to look at your education system...
