Foxhack: Have you tried downloading it separately, outside of Windows Update? The file should be somewhere in Microsoft's site.

I'd give you a link, but my ISP is blocking Microsoft tonight.

A very stupid one. A very, very stupid one. They randomly can't access a number of websites; earlier today, half of eBay (the part that serves the CSS and item data) wouldn't load, it'd just say at "Waiting for..." and running a ping on those servers only returned "Server not found".

They gave me this same problem a year ago, I complained, they blamed me.
