If it's anything like the Prince of Persia "HD" release the PC version will still by far be the best way to play it, unless that is just not an option for you.
From what I remember reading the "HD remakes" they are going to do are based on the original PC versions, not the console versions.
FWIW the demo of Hydrophobia was good enough that it prompted me to buy it during the Christmas sale on Arcade. It actually seems really well done. I watched a ton of gameplay videos on it too, nothing in there gave me any reason to believe it blew chunks.

Sure, but they will still be in 720p and without mouse aim and other such PC features. If you are a console gamer that would definitely be the version to buy though. I'm just saying if you game on PC as well that would still be the version I would go for.
