Can you send to them like 2, 3 or more orders, and let them ship to your home all of them at once? How the taxes are calculated if you group orders, or they don't even bother with which product category it is?
But you don't need to pay a subscription to this Amazon's Super Saver Shipping if it's continental US, right? Lately I've been ordering only books and Blu-rays from Amazon, the rest (AAA games included) is a pain in the ass to get here without paying triple the original price, plus getting taxed in customs.
Thank you for the site tip, Lowy. Although DHL gets taxed here, I'm afraid, if the customs get to open the DHL package... :(
The Super Saver is free, no subscription needed, provided you have an address in the US yeah. That's the cool thing about this. With US orders, I no longer have to pay $30 for one small shipment sent via USPS.
The last time I shipped, I didn't have to pay any taxes I think. Only costs were the fuel surcharge, basic shipping cost and insurance. Maybe that's because Singapore isn't tax-heavy on imports, or I may have overlooked it.
Yeah I may just get it one of these days.
