Riddick is just Vin Diesel doing what he does best... making cryptic metaphors and suggestive marks that sound like insults, but you aren't sure if they're insults because of how god damned vague he's being. I love Riddick dearly, but after about an hour, I determined that his personality would drive anyone insane.

Duke is the best with the one liners and dirty jokes....Riddick is the best at being the mysterious, laid back badass.

I'd have to go with Duke too. Don't think Riddick has that many good one-liners.
Also a bit of a comparison, Riddick being the guy you don't realise is an immediate threat till he kills you, vs. mr. subtle himself: Duke nukem, who'll come barging through your door shouting one liners with a bloody cannon under each arm.
Then again, only watched each of the riddick movies once, completed Escape from Butcher Bay once and never got started on Dark Athena, but there weren't that many one-liners in that game.

Consider that Duke's lines are ripped from such films as Army of Darkness, and whatever movie each Easter egg is based on (Indiana Jones' and Luke Skywalker's respective corpses, and the T-800 caught in the machine press). So the real contest is between Ash and whoever else was in the other movies, like Beloque and Co.
