From the clue of Saint Sarah I thought the character should have black skin color. Otherwise I would have said JC Denton.

I totally forgot about this contest ... I didn't win, but I can't believe that I sent in one of only 10 correct answers. I'm still laughing about the way how I solved this riddle though.
I had spent a good 30 minutes decyphering all the clues, and had them all correct (including the names "Paul" and "Alex", as brothers of the character we were looking for, in hint 3). But nothing clicked. I concluded that I simply didn't know the game or the character. So I gave up, and started playing the game that I had set aside for that weekend to finally play, Deus Ex. About two minutes into the story the game introduces the brother of the main character, and he's named Paul ... ;)
