No more summer sales. :(
Monday is a classic gem promo.
Wednesday is an indie gem promo.
And every week there is a weekend promo.
Sometimes other special sales will happen and last for a week (like pay what you want or bundles), but generally the above is the normal schedule.

Indeed the summer sale is over but they have a sale every Monday and Wednesday for an individual game (I think I have seen a series once or twice) and a larger one every weekend which usually contains 10+ games.
Just bought the Ishar compilation this weekend for 2.39 I believe.
