I was screwed over by this company, I purchsed Might and Magic 8 from GOG and when i was almost to the end of the game it froze and wouldnt work.. when i ask support for help they told me that i had never bought anything from them.. I have proof with my debit statement but I dont trust sending that to them because I feel like they would take my money anyway possible... just saying very unsatisfied with this website
Do you have evidence to support this claim in the courtroom of Judge Judy?
Screen shot of your game shelf?

Blank all details on your statement except that one...

Get a grip.
maybe you sent your survey ticket from email ALIAS instead of your gog.com registered email?

If you have your game on your game shelf it's enough of a proof...

Hi there,
I overheard that the whole support team is on your case ;) I'm sure that Firek and guys will get your case resolved as soon as possible.
These threads always get a bit old. The OP makes nasty statements about Mr. Gog and things eventually are resolved properly.

Regardless of accuracy it definitely reflects a lack of class. Even before Galimatias posted, I don't see any reason why this couldn't be a genuine clerical error.
Yeah, it's just a misunderstanding and I apologize for the confusion. We don't claim that you never purchased the game, however it might have been purchased on a different GOG account. Things like this happen more often than you might think.

Of course it is possible (however unlikely) that the game disappeared from your account somehow, but we need to make sure that there isn't a different reason, before we ask our devs to spend aeons combing our system in search of a bug that may not exist.

I don't want to go into too much details on a public forum - please respond to my colleagues' last message at your convenience and we'll resolve this ASAP.
