CD Projekt RED Group Summer Conference live (right here! We'll embed it below!) on the 30th May 2012 at 5:00 PM GMT.

We know that he who does not collect in summer, will heat little in winter and because we care for our users, you can prepare yourselves for wonderful harvest after the CD Projekt RED Group Summer Conference next Wednesday at 5:00 PM GMT. It is true that one swallow does not make a summer, that is why first you will hear some earth-shattering news from our friends from CDP RED and around 40 minutes later (that’s around 5.40 GMT!), TheEnigmaticT will tell you about GOG.com’s upcoming plans and release a number of fantastic games live at the show. We know that the summer that yields lots of pumpkins and horseradish doesn't fill the larder, that is why you can expect some old, some classic, and some brand new releases that will definitely heat up the first days of June.

Winter will ask you what you did during the summer, so make sure to tune in next wednesday May 30th at 5:00 PM GMT to watch us during the CD Projekt RED Group Summer Conference in this very newspost. Summer night is not very long but it rocks many cradles. You simply don’t want to miss it.

It may take a while for the video to buffer below, you but you can check out the stream here on Ustream if you missed it. http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/22959397 Our part starts about 30 minutes in. Thanks for watching!

We’re out of obscure Polish proverbs about Summer, but feel free to make up your own in the comments below. ;)
I'll def be there to see TET's hat talk to me and release cool games.

DCT: can't wait to see what get's announced, just not looking forward to the usual "this conference sucked because they didn't announce something I was interested in" posts.
I just hope they don't make an announcement of an announcement again.
Brace yourselves, the 30th of May is coming.

Nah it's a announcement of an announcement to announce the announcement.

DCT: Nah it's a announcement of an announcement to announce the announcement.
Even GOG wouldn't dare that.

Good thing I don't work for GOG then because I would.

Isn't that what this thread is?
I SIMPLY LOVE YOU
Good things come to those who wait, so we will cross that bridge when we come to it, and let's not get stuck between a rock and a hard place.........oosh! GOG you are the boy.
So, just to start the speculating machine (again): apart from the usual suspects (Take 2, Lucasarts, etc...) are there any other interesting and maybe more feasible developer studios left to sign?
I'm going to make a CRAAAZY suggestion and suggest that GOG has hooked up with The Learning Company, and they're going to be giving away free copies of certain titles from the JumpStart educational series, to promote learning and education among youth today.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Learning_Company#Continuity_within_game_universes

(Oh, and get Atari to bring Humongous Entertainment titles ... cause a dead horse left unbeaten willn't rot as fast, and tis stench will be bad for many moons.)
I'm not going to be around to watch the conference online. Please tell me I'll be able to find a video of it when I finally make it back to civilization! (

I'm probably going to miss the live fun but I'll hear about it afterwards. Hopefully we get another big publisher! :)
