Alright, I don't remember how the series name was translated (not to mention the english name of course) however I'll mention whatever I remember.

It was broadcasted here during the second half of the 90's, a young boy of around 15-16 was the protagonist, the series was about unexplained and spooky phenomena, sort of like X-Files and Tales From The Crypt, and apparently, it took place in Indiana or Iowa or someplace in central US.

It must be a piece of cake for an American to figure that out.

Oh, and another one. Probably taking place in Chicago, during the 90's as well, the protagonist was a guy who may have been a journalist even though I can't be sure, and every day a cat delivered to him a newspaper with the same day's happenings (like, the next day's newspaper), so he had to strive to change eberything bad that happened. It was broadcasted here as"First Edition".

It was called Early Edition in the US.

And to complete it, it was called "Allein gegen die Zukunft" in Germany, which is translated: "Alone against the future"
