25th/Judgement Rites, though i've only played those and Bridge Commander[great game, but i never learned how not to suck at it].
I have played:

25th Anniversary and Judgement Rites, very good, especially the multiple outcomes and solutions.

Star Trek: Birth of the Federation a rather complete and engaging 4X game, though I wouldn't consider it among the best of the genre at all.

Mass Effect I and Silent Hunter III.
25th Anniversary and Judgment Rites, as I consider them to be effectively a single game. They are among the very best of licensed videogames, because not only do they have the spirit of the series they are based on, but also employ gameplay to great effect with that spirit.
25th Anniversary / Judgement Rites - because there aren't many adventure games that I enjoyed, but those two were definitely awesome

Armada II - because I played more than a few nights in LAN multiplayer, getting roundly trounced by my roommates. Incidentally, given the drubbings I got playing this game, I decided early on to avoid StarCraft multi. :P

Is there ever the possibility of GOG getting any Star Trek games? I'd love to see the Elite Force and Armada games on here. Away Team and DS9: The Fallen would also be good to see. (Yes, I have voted for them on the wishlist).
Another for Armada

I wanted to play Armada 2 but its so expensive in the UK and importing is (or wasnt) any better last I looked

A straight answer... no signs over anything to pin hopes against... your slipping man.
I think all of the Star trek adventures - 25h Anniversary, Judgement Rites & Final Unity - are awesome and would we great additions to GOG.

They are probably my favorite Star Trek games.

I also really liked Elite Force 1 & 2 and DS9: The Fallen.

And I almost loves Bridge Commander. It's such a great game and no other games makes you feel like the captain of a starship. the game has just two rather fatal flaws: There is no interaction with your crew or the rest of the ship - in fact, I never felt like the captain of a Galaxy/Souverign class starship - and you cannot really make decisions.

Star Trek Academy was much better in that respect (another great game for GOG, by the way).
I only played Elite Force 1 + 2 and Armada 1 + 2.
