Gazoinks: Sweet. Aw. Anyone know of a workaround?
Yeah, if you have a professional version of Windows 7 you can use the "XP Virtual Mode" thingy, run that, copy the installers over, install them in the XP system.
Then the shortcuts should appear in your start-menu under "Windows Virtual PC" and "Windows XP Mode Applications". If you run those specific shortcuts in Win 7 they run the programs within XP Mode while keeping Win7 running normally.
An annoying workaround I know. You can blame Microsoft for randomly dropping support for 16-bit applications.
