I don't know about others, but I dislike clicking on shortened links with no indicator that they are really going to where the poster says.

I know this one goes to the right place, but that is because I know that adding a '+' to any bit.ly link brings me to a full URL description page for the shortened URL. Not saying anything against the OP - just saying my paranoia doesn't like me clicking on random links that I have no clue about :)

My suggestion is either to paste the whole link or if using bit.ly add the '+' to the end of the URL so people can see exactly where the link goes.

He has since removed the post, as far as I can tell, which is odd since it said nothing really new. I for one did not know his older games tied themselves to your machine. That makes me never want to buy them just as the press around Avadon was cluing me into their existence.
